Chaparral Mexican Grill was established in 1977 in the small California town of Whittier by the Sanchez Family. Once we moved to Titusville, Florida we add Cuban cuisine to our menu as well. As it turns out, combining Mexican and Cuban cuisine into one menu was a huge success, our customers loved it.

For the past 18 years, The Sanchez family has worked tirelessly to provide top-quality Mexican and Cuban cuisine to the Space Coast Area.  Head Chef Antonio Hernandez has been creating and preparing at Chaparral Mexican Grill delicious Cuban and Mexican food for 30 years.
